Lauren Simon

Lauren Simon is an experienced education professional specializing in learning delivery and professional development. Currently serving as a Learning Delivery Senior Specialist at Healthfirst since May 2022, Lauren facilitates in-person and virtual training sessions across various roles and business units, and manages projects focused on professional development, such as effective communication skills training. Prior experience includes roles at Teachers College, Columbia University, where Lauren designed and facilitated professional development for over 30 schools in the NYC area, and at KIPP Texas Public Schools - Houston as a 5th Grade Math Teacher and Kindergarten Teacher. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development and Elementary Education from Vanderbilt University.
