Lisa Woodruff is a seasoned product owner and manager with extensive experience in digital customer experiences and product development across various financial and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Product Owner/Manager at Healthfirst since November 2020, Lisa previously worked at American AgCredit, where responsibilities included managing a scrum team and backlog for Salesforce Financial Service Cloud. Prior roles encompass Senior Product Owner at Truist, where Lisa enhanced mobile applications and online banking features, and Senior IT Business Analyst and Mobile Product Owner at Cbeyond, focusing on mobile devices and service plans. Lisa began a career in 2002 as a Senior Business Analyst at TSYS, supporting credit card division systems.
