Lokesh Mallarapu

Lokesh Mallarapu is an experienced data engineer with a strong background in cloud-based data solutions and big data technologies. Currently serving as an AWS Data Engineer at Healthfirst since December 2023, Lokesh focuses on designing efficient AWS-based data pipelines and optimizing ETL jobs using PySpark and Scala. Previously, as a Data Engineer at IBM, Lokesh built real-time data pipelines with significant data throughput, achieving substantial improvements in data latency and reporting speed. Prior experience includes working as an Azure Data Engineer at Dell, where Lokesh developed Azure Data Factory pipelines for diverse data sources, and as a Big Data Hadoop Developer at SmartQ, where ETL processes were optimized using Apache Spark and Hadoop for e-commerce applications.
