Rachael Pidgeon

Rachael Pidgeon, LMSW, currently serves as a HARP Behavioral Health Care Manager at Healthfirst since September 2022. Prior to this role, Rachael worked as a Licensed Social Worker at Cerebral from December 2021 to December 2022, focusing on the comprehensive care of clients aged 18 and older, identifying their psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs. Rachael's extensive experience includes a tenure at Kingsway Community from July 2011 to February 2022 as a Senior Resident Engagement Specialist, where responsibilities included supervising staff and implementing the Resident Engagement Program. Additional roles include Graduate Social Work Internships at both Mohonasen High School and Kingsway Community, and previous positions as a Therapeutic Recreation Assistant, Library Assistant, and Receptionist. Rachael holds a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University at Albany, complemented by a minor in Biology.
