Zoila Celeste Nuñez

Zoila Celeste Nuñez has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Manager, Talent Advisor at Healthfirst since September 2015, previously holding the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to Healthfirst, Zoila worked at Time Warner Cable from January 2007 to June 2015, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for the East Region. Additional experience includes roles as an Employment Counselor at the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation and a Senior Human Resources Specialist at SEEDCO/EarnFair Staffing, where responsibilities ranged from outreach and recruitment to job readiness training. Early career development took place as an Employment Assistance Coordinator at Common Ground Community, where curriculum development for job readiness was a key focus. Zoila is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Relations at CUNY School of Professional Studies and holds an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from LaGuardia Community College.
