Sean McManamy

Sean McManamy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in health and fitness management, insurance, and public affairs. Currently serving as President of HealthFitness since January 2020, Sean previously held the position of President at Starmark, a Trustmark Company, where a strong emphasis on personal service and flexible medical plan design was pivotal for small to mid-size employers. Sean's career includes significant roles at HealthFitness as Senior Vice President for both Strategy & Product and Corporate Development, and as Vice President of Product Development & Marketing at CoreSource. Earlier experiences encompass leadership positions in government relations and state affairs at Trustmark Companies and the American Insurance Association, respectively. Starting the career at MSI Strategic Communications and Serafin & Associates, Sean has cultivated a rich background in public affairs and communication strategies. Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Marquette University in 1994.
