Hayat Abdullahi

Hayat Abdullahi is the Director of Community Impact at Health Forward Foundation since May 2022, also serving as Principal Impact Strategist for People. Abdullahi has been a board member at the United Nations since January 2016 and at UNICEF USA since February 2014, contributing as a Community Mobilizer for the End Trafficking project. With extensive experience as a freelance translator and interpreter since June 1999, Abdullahi is a Court Certified Interpreter. Previous roles include Sr. Director at University Health KC from September 2006 to May 2022, focusing on Community Health Strategies & Innovation, and Director overseeing similar initiatives. Abdullahi also held positions as Manager in Community Health Education and Outreach Specialist for the Healthy Start program at Truman Medical Centers. Additionally, Abdullahi was a board member at Goodwill of Western Missouri & Eastern Kansas from September 2015 to May 2022.
