Kathy Halcomb

Kathy Halcomb currently serves as the Medical Director and Interim Medical Director at White House Clinics, roles undertaken since May 2022, after a tenure as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the same organization beginning in May 2014. Previously, Kathy worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Eastern Kentucky University from August 1999 to May 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky (2004-2010), a Master of Nursing with a focus on Rural Community Clinical Nurse Specialist and Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgia Southern University (1988-1991), a Bachelor of Nursing from Hawaii Loa (1987-1989), and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Hawai‘i System (1984-1987).
