A Richmond Kentucky native, Dr. Blackburn received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University in 2006 and her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Ohio State University in 2010. Her professional interests include diabetes education, anticoagulation management, medication management therapy, and preceptorship. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading a good book, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.

White House Clinics operates in five contiguous counties offering medical, dental, pharmacy and mental health services. In addition to the seven traditional health clinics, White House Clinics also operates a school-based health center in the Berea Independent School District and serves as the college health services provider for Berea College.
