A Richmond Kentucky native, Dr. Blackburn received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University in 2006 and her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Ohio State University in 2010. Her professional interests include diabetes education, anticoagulation management, medication management therapy, and preceptorship. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading a good book, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.
