Chris Robbins

Chris joined Thrive SPC as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in March 2023. He leads all aspects of Thrive SPC’s finance organization, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial operations, controllership, and reporting. He also holds responsibility for Treasury and Tax.

Chris and his wife, a professional in the pharmaceutical industry, reside in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. They have two teenage daughters. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University. Chris has more than 17 years of home care experience, most recently serving as a financial leader for BAYADA Home Health Care, a national not-for-profit provider of multi-disciplined home health care services. His expertise spans accounting, strategic planning, financial reporting, treasury, risk management, and shared service operations.

Chris is a people-first leader passionate about working for a purpose-based organization. He is committed to providing financial leadership, developing high-performing teams, and providing operational support to help Thrive provide the highest quality care to medically fragile children.
