Currently serving as Co-CEO for Health In Harmony, Jennings works at the intersection of public health, biodiversity, and climate initiatives to develop community-driven solutions in high conservation value rainforests. Previously, Jennings was Deputy Executive Director for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Canada, overseeing significant operations while fostering strategic partnerships. With a track record in multiple leadership roles across countries facing crises, Jennings has facilitated humanitarian efforts in India, South Sudan, and Liberia, emphasizing collaboration and innovative strategies. Academic credentials include advanced degrees in International Politics and Security, Conservation Biology, and a Bachelor's in Biology.

Health In Harmony’s mission is to reverse tropical rainforest deforestation for planetary health. HIH is dedicated to solving global heating, understanding that rainforests are essential for the survival of humanity. Using the innovative process of Radical Listening, HIH collaborates with rainforest communities in Borneo, Madagascar, and Brazil to create the change the planet needs. HIH recognizes that local and indigenous communities are the experts and guardians of precious rainforests and works outside traditional disciplines to improve the health of rainforest communities in harmony with ecosystems and our planet.
