Heather Jones is an accomplished marketing and sales professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Health Information Associates, Inc. since May 2012, Heather oversees social media content, manages logistical aspects for trade shows, coordinates meetings, and provides administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams. Prior to this role, Heather was the Assistant Manager at Get Carried Away Southern Takeout, where responsibilities included business operations, staff management, and customer service. Furthermore, Heather was the Owner/Operator of Lollipop Junction Children's Boutique from August 2000 to January 2010, handling all aspects of business operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from Southern Methodist University.

Prior to 1992, Mrs. Bailey held Director of HIM positions at two (2) hospitals in Virginia. Mr. Beamer had over thirty (30) years of experience as an Administrator working in various hospitals throughout the southeast. HIA is now solely owned by Mrs. Bailey. Since its inception, HIA has partnered with hundreds of hospitals nationwide to provide customized comprehensive coding compliance reviews and educational services as well as coding support. HIA has grown to become a highly respected provider due to its ability to adapt to industry changes while maintaining a cohesive and conservative approach.
