Victor T. Lazzaro

Victor T. Lazzaro has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of health information technology. Victor T. has been working at the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) since 2010, where they have held several roles, including Chief Data/Analytics Officer, Agency Performance Officer, and Deputy Director of Finance and Human Capital. Victor T. has also served as the Director of the Planning and Performance Management Division within the Office of Planning, Evaluation, and Analysis, and as the Chief of the Performance and Data Analytics Branch in the Office of Economic Analysis, Evaluation, and Modeling. Additionally, they were the Project Director for the ONC Health IT Dashboard. Victor T. Lazzaro obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from American University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Victor T. later pursued higher education at the same institution and earned a Master of Public Policy degree between 2003 and 2005.
