Andrew M. Meadow

Andrew Meadow has over 27 years experience in healthcare venture capital with three healthcare and life science funds: Essex Woodlands, the Michigan Economic Development Corp’s Healthcare Fund, and Excelyrate Capital.

As an investment banker at UBS Warburg, he executed nearly 20 biotech and MedTech transactions, with over $20B in IPO, M&A, and equity/debt financings over his career​.

Andrew is responsible for leading and executing the commercialization and alliance management strategy for three (3) products, each achieving between $85 to $174M in Gross Revenue within 18 months respectively.

As a C-Suite executive, Andrew has successfully led three healthcare companies to successful M&A exits.

Andrew holds an MBA in Healthcare Finance and Strategy Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead Scholar.
