Hannah Stepto currently serves as a Project Manager at Health Innovation South West, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Hannah held various positions at the University of Warwick, including Research Funding Officer and Research Impact Coordinator, from March 2018 to August 2022. In 2017, Hannah worked as a Gene Therapy Scientist at the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, contributing to the development of the first WHO Lentiviral vector standard. Earlier experience includes a role as a Project Manager at Ximbio from October 2016 to January 2017. Hannah holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Medical Cardiology from the University of Glasgow, completed in 2016, and a Master’s Degree in Chemistry with Study in Continental Europe, along with an MSci in Chemistry, both from the University of Bristol, obtained in 2011.
