Lynne Ruddick is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and innovation. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Innovation Adoption for Hampshire and Isle of Wight at Health Innovation Wessex, Lynne also holds a voluntary position as a BlueSpace Advisor at AquaPaddle. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Lynne is the founder of both Ripple Rebels CIC and Lose Your Bottle, and serves as the Director of Curiosity Creates Ltd. Previous roles include Innovation Lead at Brink, Management Consultant at Wessex Academic Health Science Network, and Professional Lead for Health Services Engagement at the British Heart Foundation, where strategic oversight across England and Wales was provided. Lynne has a solid clinical background, having worked as the Cardiology Matron at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where significant contributions included the establishment of Europe’s first heart failure unit. Lynne holds an MSc in Cardio-respiratory Nursing from Imperial College London and a BSc (Hons) in Nursing Studies from King's College London.
