Laura Reidy

Laura Reidy currently serves as the Executive Officer for Communications and Stakeholder Engagement at the Health Insurance Authority since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Writer at Global Payments Inc., where responsibilities involved analyzing technical content, managing documentation projects, and advising internal teams. Previously, Laura worked as an Editor for the European Parliament, focusing on publication quality and inclusive language, and as a Localisation Engineer at IOTA Localisation Services, where technical discrepancies were identified and addressed. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Languages and has pursued multiple relevant qualifications, including a Master's in Translation Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Technical Writing. Current studies include a Certificate in Digital Marketing at Munster Technological University.
