Caitlin Reed is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Board Member at Tapestry since July 2022 and as a Staff Attorney for the Mental Health Advocacy Program at Health Law Advocates, Inc. since May 2021, focusing on providing legal advocacy to low-income families seeking mental health services for children. Previously, Caitlin operated a private practice, C. Reed Advocacy, representing children and parents in care and protection proceedings while also addressing estate planning and family law matters. Prior roles include serving as a Lawyer and Assistant Program Manager at the Center for Community Resilience after Trauma, aiding crime survivors in legal navigation, and as a Divorce & Family Mediation Case Coordinator at The Mediation & Training Collaborative. Caitlin holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, a Master of Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor's degree from Mount Holyoke College.

Health Law Advocates (HLA) is a public interest law firm whose mission is to provide pro bono legal representation to low-income residents experiencing difficulty accessing or paying for needed medical services. HLA is committed to ensuring universal access to quality health care in Massachusetts, particularly for those who are most at risk due to such factors as race, gender, disability, age, or geographic location. With its parent organization, Health Care For All, HLA combines legal expertise with grassroots organizing and policy reform to advance the statewide movement for universal health care access.
