Eileen Lin currently serves as the Director of Philanthropic and Business Partnerships at Health Leads, focusing on addressing racial inequity in health through the integration of essential resource programs. Previously, Eileen worked as the Director of Partnership Development at KABOOM!, fostering collaborations to enhance playspace equity, and directed strategic partnerships at VoteAmerica to boost voter turnout during the 2020 General Election. Eileen has also held roles as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University, where expertise in corporate responsibility and sustainability communications was shared, and as a Senior Corporate Engagement Advisor at The Nature Conservancy, where partnership development with Fortune 500 companies was managed. Earlier positions included communications management at United Way Worldwide, strategic stakeholder engagement at the Formosan Association for Public Affairs, and marketing in international roles at the Tokyo Stock Exchange and Saijo City Office. Eileen holds an MA in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University and a BA in Foreign Affairs & East Asian Studies from the University of Virginia.
