Leandra Padgett

LeAndra Padgett, MSW, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and public health integration. Currently serving as Director of Program & Learning at Health Leads since July 2021, LeAndra previously held significant roles at Chicago Public Schools, including Medicaid Enrollment Project Manager, where a new program, the Children and Family Benefits Unit, was launched to integrate public health services within schools. As School Wellness Specialist, LeAndra led a health and wellness initiative that implemented impactful policies for students and staff. Earlier experience includes serving as Teen Health Council Director at Mikva Challenge, overseeing youth councils focused on leadership development and civic engagement. LeAndra earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
