Sarah Primeau

Sarah Primeau is an experienced leader in community health and equity, currently serving as the Director of Programs at Health Leads since October 2020, where Sarah oversees direct service and partnership initiatives in Massachusetts. Previously, as Community Relations Manager for the CHA Foundation at Cambridge Health Alliance from January 2015 to October 2020, Sarah coordinated community health programs and special projects aimed at supporting diverse and low-income populations. Sarah's background includes a role as Program Manager at Action for Boston Community Development, overseeing a federally-funded community-based program, and experience in various capacities within Boston's healthcare and social services, including research and case management positions. Sarah holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of Social Work from Boston University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Lawrence University.
