Susie Poon

Susie Poon is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a diverse background, currently serving in multiple roles at HomeAssist Home Health Services, OPÓ Health, Home Health Resource Group, Best Home Health Providers, Inc., Crossroads Home Health and Hospice, Health Link Home Health Agency, and NEW HAVEN HOME HEALTH CARE, INC., since 2014. Susie has been involved in home health care for several years, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and rehabilitation. Prior to their extensive occupational therapy career, Susie balanced professional and family responsibilities as a stay-at-home mom. Susie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University, completed between 2001 and 2004.
