Bernard Keng

Bernard Keng is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at HMI Group since March 2021, Bernard focuses on group M&A and financing. Previous roles include Senior Associate in Corporate Development at HMI Group and Senior Associate in Strategy at Global Strategy Group, KPMG, engaging in strategy projects across APAC and SEA. Bernard has also worked as an Associate in Mergers and Acquisitions at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, contributing to multiple M&A transactions, and held management intern positions at KPMG and other firms. Bernard holds a Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honours in Accounting from Nanyang Business School and completed an overseas exchange program at UNSW in 2017.
