Christina Pavlak has extensive experience in training, development, and social work. Currently serving as Vice President of Training and Development at Health Net of West Michigan since October 2014, Christina has held various leadership roles including Director of Training & Professional Development and Client Services Director. Christina also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member and Affiliate Clinical Faculty at Grand Valley State University in the School of Social Work. Previously, Christina worked at First Steps as Program Manager for Welcome Home Baby and in other roles, including Social Work Manager and Hospital Liaison Supervisor. Additional experience includes serving as Parent Liaison at Great Start Collaborative of Kent County and as a Child Care Consultant at Arbor Circle. Christina earned a Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University.
