Our team works using several key frameworks as we walk alongside our clients to reach their health goals. We work from a strengths perspective, with an empowerment approach, while bringing into focus the role equity plays in the successes of our community. We believe that every individual, group, family, and community has strengths and we assist people to use their strengths to overcome their challenges. Throughout the process, we strive to dismantle inequitable systems in our workplace and community.
