Crystal Given

Crystal Given has extensive experience in sales and strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry, currently serving as Director II at Health Net since March 2008. In this role, Crystal acts as a liaison between leadership, operations, and strategic clients, focusing on improving channel communications while enhancing partnerships to drive retention and sales. Previous positions at Health Net include Director of Channel Strategy, Manager of Sales II, Account Manager II, and Membership Team Lead, where responsibilities spanned from overseeing retention performance, managing a team of Account Managers, to liaising with employer groups and brokers. Prior to Health Net, Crystal gained valuable experience as a Jr. Escrow Officer at The Escrow Company Inc. and as a Bank Reconciliation Specialist at First American Title. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western Governors University.
