Most recently, Mr. Ternan served as Senior Vice President, Anthem Inc., and President with Anthem Blue Cross of California in Thousand Oaks, California. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President, Aetna Inc., and President of Aetna’s West region in Woodland Hills, California.
