Jim Orchison

Jim Orchison has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Jim started their career as a Manager of Strategy Consulting at Kurt Salmon from 1994 to 2002. Jim then joined Kaiser Permanente, where they served as a Senior Manager from 2003 to 2005. Later, they worked at Blue Shield as a Director of Network Design, Strategy, and Programs from 2005 to 2015. Jim then joined Cigna as a Director of Value-Based Reimbursement Strategy and Programs from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Provider Payment Innovation and Strategic Provider Partnerships at Health Net.

Jim Orchison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Jim also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Washington.
