Mildred Pena

Mildred Pena, MHA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Mildred is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Strategy and Execution for Medi-Cal at Health Net since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at AltaMed Health Services from 2006 to 2022, including AVP of Clinic Administration for the OC Region, Director responsible for launching their Orange County region, and Clinic Administrator. Before joining AltaMed, they worked as a Manager at St. Francis Medical Center from 2004 to 2006, and as a Clinic Manager at CommuniCare Health Centers from 2001 to 2004.

Mildred Pena holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis. Mildred also has a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix.
