Ngozi N. is a seasoned professional in project management and process improvement with extensive experience across various industries. As the Founder & Principal of microChange Management, LLC, since October 2022, Ngozi offers expertise in portfolio and program management, business case development, and operational recommendations. Serving Health Net since November 2015 as Senior Manager of the Project Management Office, Ngozi oversees regulatory and legislative implementations and leads a team responsible for delivering over 80 projects annually.
