Francisco Rivera-Pérez has a diverse work experience in various companies. Francisco started their career in EVERTEC Inc, where they worked as an Industrial Engineer and Project Manager from May 2001 to February 2007. Francisco then joined Doral Bank as a PMO Manager from February 2007 to February 2011. Following that, Francisco worked at Medical Card Systems Inc. as a Medical Operations Director from February 2011 to April 2014, where they managed a program of Managed Care initiatives in the Medicare Advantage line of business. Since April 2014, they have been working at Health Network One, starting as a Regional Network Director and later taking on the role of Sr. Director of Network Operations and Business Intelligence. Currently, Francisco holds the position of Sr. Director of Business Intelligence at Health Network One.

Francisco Rivera-Pérez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, attending from 1995 to 2001. Francisco then pursued an MBA in Technology Management at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2004. In December 2009, they obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
