Tracy Bartus

Tracy Bartus has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracy started their career as a Staff Accountant at Holyoke Hospital in 1999, where they were responsible for preparing monthly financial statements and managing capital job spending. In 2000, they joined CIGNA as a Senior Accountant, where they prepared and analyzed enrollment information, produced ad-hoc reports, and ensured consistency and usefulness of membership, producer, and sales reports.

In 2005, Tracy moved to Baystate Health as a Financial Analyst, where they managed the preparation of annual operating budgets, secured financial data, and conducted extensive statistical and financial analysis. Tracy was later promoted to Senior Financial Analyst in 2013.

Tracy joined Health New England in 2013 as a Sr. Clinical Healthcare Analyst. Tracy'sresponsibilities included analyzing healthcare data, providing insightful reports and analysis, and supporting healthcare informatics. Tracy later transitioned to the role of Healthcare Data Specialist, where they focused on managing and analyzing healthcare data. In 2017, Tracy was promoted to Lead Healthcare Informatics Analyst, leading the team in utilizing data to inform decision-making and improve healthcare outcomes.

Most recently, Tracy joined Rovi Homes in 2020 as a Realtor, where they utilize their analytical and communication skills to support clients in buying and selling properties. Throughout their career, Tracy has consistently demonstrated strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing valuable insights for decision-making.

Tracy Bartus obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Accounting from Western New England University. Tracy attended the university from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degree, Tracy also holds a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which they obtained in November 2019.
