Christine Theissen

Christine Theissen is an experienced HR professional and lecturer, currently serving as the HR Manager for Change and Transition at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora. Since July 2016, Christine has also been a lecturer at Otago Polytechnic, focusing on Project Management, Change Management, and Employment Relations. As an independent business consultant and accredited mediator since 2008, Christine specializes in workplace bullying and harassment investigations as well as organizational change. Previous roles include Group HR & H&S Manager at Allied Press Limited and Senior HR Business Partner at Fonterra, among others. Christine holds a Master's Degree with Distinction in Business from the University of Otago, along with several other relevant qualifications in human resources and management.
