Evo Leota-Tupou

Evo Leota-Tupou is a multifaceted professional currently serving as a Board Intern at Copyright Licensing New Zealand, where contributions focus on advocating for intellectual property rights and the implications of artificial intelligence on copyright, particularly for New Zealand creatives. Additionally, Evo is a member of the Pacific Peoples Advisory Panel at Auckland Council and part of the National AI and Algorithm Expert Advisory Group at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand. With a longstanding commitment to community engagement, Evo has directed Pacific Kids Learning, fostering children's storytelling through animation. Previous roles include serving as an Executive Council Member and Co-Chair of EdTechNZ, contributing to the advancement of educational technology in New Zealand, alongside a diverse background in graphic design and communications across various organizations.
