Mark Woodard

Mark Woodard is an experienced healthcare executive with a robust background in finance and strategy, currently serving as the Senior Responsible Officer for the HSAAP Programme at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand since February 2022. Previously, Woodard held the position of Director of Corporate Services/CFO at the Pharmaceutical Management Agency (PHARMAC), managing a $1 billion pharmaceutical budget. Woodard has also been involved in various interim executive roles across organizations such as Breaker Bay Professional Services and Presbyterian Support Central, demonstrating expertise in corporate governance, financial management, and strategic development in both public and not-for-profit sectors. Additionally, Woodard has an MBA in Finance and Health Care Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Psychology from Cornell University.
