Martyn Winslade

Martyn Winslade is an experienced property management professional currently serving as the Group Manager Property for Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand since November 2023, overseeing national property management functions including leasing, acquisitions, and policy development. Previously, Winslade held the position of Property Portfolio Manager at Te Whatu Ora Waitematā from January 2019 to January 2024, managing a diverse portfolio and engaging in land acquisition, project management, and corporate real estate strategy. Winslade's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Partner at Farebrother, a Senior Surveyor at Jones Lang LaSalle, a Property Manager at Goodman, and a Property Manager at Toll NZ, where a breadth of expertise in managing various property types and functions was developed. Winslade holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Valuation & Property Management from Massey University, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
