Paul Forgan

Paul Forgan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital systems development and engineering program management. Currently serving as a Development Manager at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand since May 2023, Paul previously held roles at Flux Federation, where key achievements included leading a significant transformation project with Meridian Energy. Paul’s experience encompasses senior management positions at Fronde, Oracle, and eServGlobal, focusing on operational growth, strategic leadership, and successful project delivery across various technology sectors. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Information Systems from Victoria University of Wellington.
