Tyler Jordan

Tyler Jordan has a diverse work experience ranging from 2005 to the present. Tyler began their career at Epic Systems Corporation, where they worked as a Project Manager/Implementation Consultant from July 2005 to August 2007. Tyler then joined TeleTracking Technologies Inc. as a Product Specialist from August 2007 to August 2008. In 2008, they joined Optum, initially working as a Managing Consultant for Optum Provider Consulting from September 2008 to February 2014. Tyler later served as the Vice President of Implementation at Optum Analytics from February 2014 to June 2020. Tyler's most recent role at Optum was Vice President of Solution Design at Optum Market Performance Partnerships, from June 2020 to March 2021. Currently, Tyler is employed at Health Note, where they have held the position of Head of Enterprise Solution Engineering since March 2021. Additionally, they currently serve as the Vice President of Professional Services at Health Note starting in May 2022.

Tyler Jordan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, International Studies from Wake Forest University, which was earned between the years 2001 and 2005. Tyler later pursued further education at Duke University, where they received a Master of Management degree in Clinical Informatics from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Tyler also obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in August 2009.
