James Parmley

James Parmley is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Health Partners Group since April 2023, James previously held the position of Senior Manager of Software Development at the Private Healthcare Information Network (PHIN) from September 2018 to April 2023, focusing on publishing performance data on private hospitals and consultants. Prior to PHIN, James worked at GfK from April 2009 to September 2018 as a Senior Technical Lead, overseeing large enterprise applications and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams. James holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Music Technology from the University of Derby, completed in 2000.
