April Clay

April Clay is a Licensed Practical Nurse currently working at Health Partners of Western Ohio since August 2019. Prior to this role, April served as the Director of Nursing at Elmwood Assisted Living at The Shawhan from May 2009 to May 2016. April Clay received an LPN in Nursing Practice from Brown Mackie College-Findlay between 2000 and 2002 and later obtained an Associate of Arts in Health Care Administration/Management from American InterContinental University, completing the degree in 2009.
