Allison Hench

Allison Hench, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Allison started their career in 2012 at AmeriHealth Caritas as a Medical Economics Analyst. Allison then transitioned to becoming a Senior Medical Economics Analyst in November 2014. In 2014, they moved to Health Partners Plans as a Manager of HEDIS. Subsequently, they became the Director of HEDIS and Provider Quality Incentives in April 2019. Allison's experience spans healthcare organizations, where they have honed their skills in healthcare data analysis and quality management.

Allison Hench holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Analytics from Drexel University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a focus in Actuarial Science/Statistics at Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
