Jonathan Moss

Jonathan Moss, MBA, FHFMA, currently serves as Vice President of Consumer Financial Engagement at PayMedix since January 2023. As President of Northside Resolution, LLC since February 2020, Jonathan advises on growth, operations, revenue optimization, and well-being for various healthcare entities. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Director of Medical Practice Business Services at Baystate Health from November 2001 to July 2022, overseeing a $190+ million revenue cycle. Additionally, Jonathan has experience as a Coach at Craftsbury Outdoor Center and as a Manager at Arthur Andersen, where strategic guidance was provided to healthcare organizations. Jonathan began the career as an International Marketing Analyst at Boston Scientific and held various roles, including Provider Relations Specialist at Cigna and Research Assistant at Executive Development Roundtable. Academically, Jonathan holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Boston University and a BA in Psychology/Sociology from Wesleyan University.
