James M. Repp

James M. Repp currently holds the position of President & COO at AvMed, a company with a longstanding history in South Florida, serving over 225,000 members and generating nearly $1 billion in annual revenue. In addition to this role, James serves on the boards of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Health Plan Alliance, and Florida TaxWatch, and is a member of the Ambassadors Board at Nova Southeastern University and the Orange Bowl Committee. Prior to joining AvMed, James held leadership positions at Aetna and GTE. James earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The Ohio State University and completed studies at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
