Byron Lotspeich

Byron Lotspeich is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in information systems management. Currently serving as Manager of IT Operations at Health Plan of San Joaquin since May 2018, Byron previously held the position of Senior Manager of Information Systems from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this role, Byron spent over a decade at Superior Vision Services as Senior Manager of Information Services from 2005 to 2017.
