Ana Ramos

Ana Ramos is an experienced professional in the healthcare compliance and member services fields, currently serving as the Lead Compliance Auditor at Health Plan of San Mateo since 2015. With a career at HPSM that began in 2007, Ana has held various roles including Compliance Auditor and Grievance and Appeals Coordinator, where responsibilities included assisting members with grievances, appeals, and medical reviews, as well as collaborating with medical directors and provider offices.
