Katie-Elyse Turner

Katie-Elyse Turner's work experience includes roles at Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM) and Commonwealth Care Alliance. At HPSM, they worked as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis starting in August 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Duals Demonstration Director (Interim) from May 2018 to August 2020 and as the Medicare Risk Adjustment Director from June 2016 to August 2020. At Commonwealth Care Alliance, they held various positions including Program Manager, Senior Program Specialist, and Program Specialist in the Medicare Risk Adjustment department from June 2013 to May 2016. Katie-Elyse also worked as a Program Associate in the Medical Affairs department from June 2012 to May 2013.

Katie-Elyse Turner has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Medical Anthropology & Cross Cultural Practice from the Boston University School of Medicine. Katie-Elyse also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology and Art from Colby College.
