Serina Jackson

Serina Jackson is an experienced Integrated Clinical Care Manager at the Health Plan of San Mateo since March 2021, managing a panel of members to optimize their care continuum and quality of life. Previously, Serina held roles as Care Management Specialist III and I, focusing on complex medical and psychosocial needs, conducting assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Prior to HPSM, Serina worked at Genentech as a Case Manager/Reimbursement Specialist, providing reimbursement support, and at the County of San Mateo to determine eligibility for public assistance programs. Serina holds a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from San Francisco State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at the same institution.
