John Mandracchia

John Mandracchia possesses extensive experience in information security and technology, notably serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Health Plans, Inc. from November 2008 to March 2019. Prior roles include Director of Cybersecurity & Infrastructure and Lead System Engineer at Emerson Hospital, as well as Technology Engineer at Winchester Hospital and System Administrator at Winchester Hospital. John holds a Master’s Degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
