Jason Comer

As CFO, Jason is responsible for the company’s finance functions like strategic planning, corporate development, capital raising, accounting, and investor relations, as well as corporate functions like human resources, and legal. Since joining HRS, Jason has successfully led the company through both its Series B & C funding rounds and has steered virtually all aspects of the company's growth phases.

Prior to joining the HRS team, Jason worked at Macquarie, a global investment bank, where he worked on domestic and cross-border debt and equity deal structuring, corporate funding, and capital initiatives, and regulatory and compliance obligations. Jason started his career as a tax attorney at Deloitte working in tax consulting and M&A groups across financial service, healthcare, technology, and media industries.

Jason holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Villanova University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
