Megan Smith

With a heart for healthcare and a knack for connecting people, Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in Community Health at Carroll College in Helena, Montana. Her first professional job was at a psychiatric residential treatment facility that serves youth from across the nation. After a short stint in human resources, Megan was promoted to a business development role where she assisted with marketing strategy and contract management for services.

Life took Megan to Fort Collins, Colorado, where she jumped industries to work at a Top 500 civil engineering firm. Megan managed social media and digital strategy efforts, and made her mark as the marketing team lead for corporate and executive communications. In 2018, she moved back to her hometown of Kalispell, Montana, and continued to work remotely for the engineering firm until she joined the Health & Rehab Solutions team in June 2021.

Megan’s husband, Sean, has shared the entire journey with her! Their greatest adventure? Being parents to their daughter, Amelia. From boating to sledding, their family of three takes every opportunity to enjoy the variety of outdoor activities that come with four seasons.
